Miearth.com! Here you can let more people on the Internet know more
about your beloved cities by joining our "website designing" contest.
What you need to do is design a website introducing your cities in
USA, Canada or China (refer to Contest Rules for specification) and
submit your work to Miearth.com. Once your work is adopted by Miearth.com,
we will put your website on our map. Moreover, we offer GREAT
PRIZES to those whose work is selected (refer to Prizes
for details)! By using Miearth.com, you agree to the following Terms
of Service between Miearth.com (herein referred to as "we", "us" and
our") and users (herein referred to as "you", "your" and "participants"),
which you should read carefully.

Everyone in the whole world is welcomed to join this contest to show the scenery, economy, politics, culture
and custom and convention aspects of the target city. You cannot contribute a website entirely or partly
containing any unlawful, harassing,libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene or otherwise objectionable
material of any kind. We do not conduct our editorial rights in the above circumstance, but we can cancel your
qualification for this contest.

You are solely responsible for the contents of your contribution to us, including text, pictures, graphic, images,
icons, 3D,video, audio and software. We do not take the responsibility to guarantee the accuracy, authenticity,
completeness, and validity of the above contents.

You
agree that upon our adoption of your contribution you automatically
grant us perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive proprietary
rights to use, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative
works for the benefits of Miearth.com without notice or consent from
you only in the condition that the contribution is your own work or
you can prove that you have obtained proper legal authorization. We
should not be responsible for any copyright problem or any legal liability
associated with your work.

Your use of Miearth.com is subject to all applicable local, state/provincial, national and international laws
and regulations, and you agree not to use Miearth.com for purposes that violate such laws and regulations.
In addition, you agree that you will not interfere with or disrupt other participants' use of Miearth.com. You
also agree to compensate Miearth.com for any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising
out of your misuse of Miearth.com, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of the rights of any
third party.

We reserve the right to terminate, cancel this contest or to extend the closing date for contribution
without further notice to any individual, other than a notice to be posted on our website, if participation is
less than 2,000 entries and the number of cities submitted is less than 500. Materials submitted but not selected
will be destroyed within Miearth.com but not returned or disclosed to any third party. Therefore, participants
should keep copies of their contributions.

We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Miearth.com without notice if you violate
these Terms of Service or if we, in our sole discretion, believe that your conduct is in violation of any
applicable law or regulation or is otherwise harmful to the interests of Miearth.com, any other customer of
Miearth.com, or any third party.

To join this contest you should provide Miearth.com some authentic personal information such
as name, address, telephone, email and so on. We are committed to safeguarding the individual information of
any participant in the process of transmission to and within our server and will not disclose the information
to any third party for commercial purpose unless the participants supply written consents to share their
information with third party But Miearth.com may use the abovementioned data to inform participants of the
obtainable prize.However, Miearth.com may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide
personally identifiable information to the appropriate governmental authorities. If requested by law enforcement
or judicial authorities, we will provide this information upon receipt of the appropriate documentation.

For the winners, the relevant income taxes should be conducted personally according to local laws and provisions.
